FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Where will the new proposed PK-5 Elementary Campus be?

2. Why was a new elementary recommended by the facilities committee?

3. How does the district determine which projects are included in the bond?
The district works with the Board of Trustees, teachers, administrators, and a facilities planning committee that includes members of the community to evaluate needs across the district. This process includes reviewing the condition of current buildings, enrollment trends, school finance, and district priorities. Based on this input, a list of projects is developed for consideration in the bond package.
4. How can I trust that bond funds will be used as promised?
State law requires that bond funds can only be used for the specific projects listed on the ballot. If the bond is approved, the district will also form a Bond Oversight Committee made up of community members. This committee meets regularly to review progress and help ensure transparency and accountability throughout the construction process.
